Job Description
\n<\/strong>As an electrician in maintenance and renovations, you will be responsible for performing electrical installations, repairs and maintenance work on homes and buildings. You will work both independently and as part of a team and contribute to ensuring a safe and functioning electrical infrastructure.<\/p>\n

Job Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n

    \n
  • Demonstrated experience as an electrician in the maintenance and\/or renovation industry.<\/li>\n
  • Extensive knowledge of electrical installations, wiring and equipment.<\/li>\n
  • Understanding of construction drawings and electrical schematics.<\/li>\n
  • Able to independently detect and correct malfunctions.<\/li>\n
  • Flexible and willing to work both independently and as part of a team.<\/li>\n
  • Good communication skills and a customer-oriented attitude.<\/li>\n
  • In possession of relevant professional certificates and\/or diplomas.<\/li>\n
  • In possession of a driver's license B.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

    \nDuties and responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n

      \n
    • Perform electrical installations, repairs and maintenance work on residential and commercial buildings.<\/li>\n
    • Independently perform diagnostic work and electrical troubleshooting.<\/li>\n
    • Install and connect electrical wiring, switches, outlets, lighting and other electrical equipment.<\/li>\n
    • Replacing-and connecting-new meter boxes.<\/li>\n
    • Compliance with applicable safety regulations and guidelines.<\/li>\n
    • Carry out inspections and controls to ensure the safety and compliance of sub-electrical installations.<\/li>\n
    • Collaborate with other professionals, such as plumbers, carpenters and painters, to bring joint projects to a successful conclusion.<\/li>\n
    • Preparation of reports and documentation related to work performed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
